Do I actually need a new furnace?
One contractor told our customer that he needed a new heat exchanger. Not true!
Problem:
Rich, an Englewood homeowner, wanted a second opinion on a new furnace. One contractor told Rich that the heat exchanger (the heart of a furnace) was bad. Rich wanted to make sure this was actually true, so he called us.
Solution:
Jerry, one of our furnace technicians, checked the primary and secondary heat exchangers and discovered that they were good. He also checked the ductwork, motors, filters, ignitor, flame sensor, burners, gas valve, gas pressures, pressure switch. Everything was working just fine.

Plumbline Services, specifically Jerry Ramsey...are awesome. We're in the process of selling a home. We had an unscrupulous HVAC guy try to take advantage of the situation. We were told our furnace was under recall, could not be certified, and needed to be completely replaced to the tune of $5000.
