Maintenance visits are scheduled annually for each piece of equipment you enroll in the plan; your dedicated VIP Concierge will contact you when it's time for your appointment to find a time that works for you.
Does a maintenance plan cover HVAC, plumbing, and electrical together?
Yes, the plan is completely flexible - you can include any combination of your home's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment in a single custom plan, covering as many or as few systems as you'd like.
Can I cancel or transfer my plan if I move?
Yes, there is no charge if you choose to cancel your VIP Plan. Additionally, certain equipment warranties tied to the plan are transferable to a new homeowner should you sell your property, provided you have maintained the required annual service records.
