Plumbline Services offers a VIP membership plan to help ease the worry of your home’s maintenance. Regular maintenance lengthens the life of your equipment, keeps your family safe, and manufactures' warranties valid, just like car maintenance. With Plumbline's VIP maintenance agreement, you not only get the maintenance your equipment needs but also priority service for ALL our service lines, and waived service fees and emergency fees if ever one were to arise.

Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical Services:

• 1-year part and 1-year labor warranty and money back guarantees

Plumbing Water Heater Installs:

Standard Water Heaters

• A 6, 10, or 12-year tank warranty on a 40 or 50 gallon water heater
• A 6 year tank warranty on an electric water heater
  

Tankless Water Heaters

• 1 year labor
• 5 year parts
• 15 year heat exchanger

Sewer and Drain Warranties:

• 30-day warranty on drain cleanings
• Lifetime warranty on sewer repairs

Heating and Cooling Equipment Warranty:

• 10-year parts and 10-year labor warranty on most installs 
• Lifetime parts and labor on select equipment 

Requirements for Home-Owner for Each Installation Guarantee and Warranty: 

• You must maintain uninterrupted Plumbline Services VIP Agreement and have the seasonal maintenance required each year for the duration of the warranty so we can ensure reasonable and proper maintenance is performed.
   
  
• You may choose another licensed heating and cooling company to provide your seasonable maintenance for the duration of the warranty period. Plumbline Services will continue to honor the warranty provided you have records confirming continued, professional, licensed, and seasonal maintenance for the duration of the warranty.             

Warranty Transfer

Contact Plumbline Services to transfer your warranty. Select warranties are transferable as provided herein based on original installation date to new owners should you sell your property. You must submit a written request identifying the new owner and a copy of the original receipt or work order to Plumbline Services, LLC at 7000 S. Potomac Street, Englewood, Colorado 80112, within 45 days of the transfer of your property.
